The Florida Problem Solving/Response to Intervention (PS/RtI) Project is a discretionary project funded by the Florida Department of Education’s (FDOE) Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services to support school districts’ use of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to improve outcomes for all students, with an emphasis on those with disabilities. Project staff partner with the FDOE, school district leaders, and educators to support improved implementation of evidence-based assessment, instruction, intervention, and data-based problem-solving practices.

The PS/RtI Technology and Learning Connections (TLC) Team supports increasing student achievement by the alignment of technology, policies and curriculum through a multi-tiered universal education system. Their focus is students with disabilities and students who are struggling or considered at-risk. The TLC supports Local Educational Agencies (LEAs), Local Assistive Technology Specialists (LATS), Regional Local Assistive Technology Specialists (RLATS) and FLDOE/BEESS IDEA funded state projects.
