Laura serves the Institute for School-Community Partnerships, Integrated Services, and Child Mental Health and Educational Policy in the role of HRBP I within Academic Embedded Services – Central Human Resources. She is the contact for HR matters and serves as the liaison between the employees/managers and the corporate human resources function. She completes all HR tasks in compliance with Institute requirements and per USF’s policies, programs, and procedures. Her duties include recruitment, onboarding new employees, performance management, payroll and compensation, employee relations, benefits along with attendance and leave.

Sydney Moreno is a Program Operation Coordinator at the Institute for School-Community Partnerships, Integrated Services, and Child Mental Health and Education. Sydney is an Air Force Veteran, and prior to USF, she was a substitute teacher and worked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Event and Entertainment Operations Department.
